Ltd. <strong>\u015eirketi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>for return or exchange within <strong>7<\/strong> days from the date you receive your order.\u00a0 Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging.\u00a0 Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or purchased from a third party retailer will not be accepted and returned to sender.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that you order an out-of-stock item, we will make that item just for you. Therefore, returns will not be possible for that item. For these kinds of orders, we will contact you before we begin, just to make sure.<\/p>\n<p>Please email <strong>info@lopedesign.com<\/strong> for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.<\/p>\n<p>Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using priority shipping methods, you will be credited the purchase price of the item only.
